How live Option Trades works

Live vs Historical

Option Trades has two primary modes:

• Live — streaming trades while the market is open. The control shows Connected / Pause when the stream is up.
• Historical — query past sessions with the same filter model.

Filters & preferences

Filters (symbol, premium, side, expiry, and more) apply server-side. Preferences can be saved so your layout and filters return on next visit.

Access

Full live and historical depth is gated by subscription. Free or expired accounts see limited preview data and upgrade prompts where required.

Tips

• Use the ticker search and watchlists to focus on names you care about.
• If Live stays on Loading, check network and subscription status, then Pause/Start the live control.
